When applying for the order, in cart you can select one of the following types of product receipt:

  • receive the product in one of our trading places (payment in cash, by Credit Card or advanced payment by bank transfer);
  • product delivery with our courier in Riga and it's area (payment in cash, by Credit Card at the place of delivery, advanced payment by bank transfer);
  • product delivery with Latvijas Pasts in all territory of Latvia (advanced payment by bank transfer);
  • delivery with DPD Pickup Paku Bode in all territory of Latvia (advanced payment by bank transfer).

Collect product in one of our trading places

We offer to collect products in one of our trading places:

  • Kalnciema Street 28, Rīga;
  • TP “Alfa”, Brīvības gatve 372, Rīga;
  • TC “Valleta”, Rīgas Street 4, Valmiera.

After ordering, product is reserved and stored for 7 days. If the product is not collected in this time, it will be returned to the shop for sale, and your reservation will be canceled.

Free delivery for every purchase above 10€  with Omniva and Pickup Paku Bode in all territory of Latvia!!!

To find out the exact cost of delivery, insert all products in the virtual cart and go to the “Cart”. Select the place of delivery, and the system will indicate the exact delivery costs of your order.

  • Product delivery to your specified Pickup Paku Bode partners address. DPD courier delivers your order to one of Pickup Paku Bode partner delivery points. After delivering, a text message will be sent to your mobile. The product has to be removed from delivery point within 7 days from the time you receive the message. 
  • Removing your package, a valid identity document will be needed (passport, Latvian ID card, driving license).

(!) Any order above 10 € is provided with free delivery in all territory of Latvia by Omniva or Pickup Paku Bode services.

Product delivery with Latvijas Pasts in all territory of Latvia

To find out the exact cost of delivery, insert all products in the virtual cart and go to the “Cart”. Select the place of delivery, and the system will indicate the exact delivery costs of your order.

1. Product delivery to your specified address (express post services). Latvijas Pasts delivers the product directly in customer's hands, before calling to the specified phone number and asking if the client is able to receive the package. In case the client is not reachable and there are nobody at the indicated address, information and telephone number for contacting is left at the mailbox, so that is possible to receive the package later. During the telephone conversation, you can agree on a different time of receipt and place.

2. Product delivery to the nearest post office (postal services of the post office). In this case, the client receives a notification in mailbox and has to arrive to the post office to collect the package (it's the post office which serves the specific address).

(!) Any order above 50 € is provided with free delivery in all territory of Latvia.

Product delivery with our courier in Riga and it's area

After ordering, we will contact you to specify the delivery time and address.

Delivery is carried out within 3 working days from the date of order authorization or payment reception in the bank account.

Delivery is scheduled to your specified address.

Delivery costs:

  • Riga: 5€;
  • Any order above 100€ is provided with free delivery.

Refusal of order:

  • You can refuse from your order at any stage of it, also within 30 days after receiving the product ‒ this is provided by the regulatory norms of distance marketing rule.
  • If in the presence of messenger you feel dissatisfaction with the received product, the messenger will draw up legislation and product in the original packaging together with the accompanying documents will be sent back. The shipment will be paid by online shop Gandrs. In order to avoid such misunderstandings, in advance we suggest to study carefully each product detailed description.
  • If, despite the detailed description, within 30 days you decide to return the product, shipping expenses will have to be paid by you. We expect that in this case the product will be only tried on and brought back in condition as you received it, including the packaging and protective film. If value of the product will be reduced because of your actions, we reserve the right to withhold the reduction in the value of the amount refundable.
  • We ensure that all products from the shop are sent to our clients in perfect quality. If, however, within 30 days you find any technical defects or deficiencies (Rules of guarantee), in agreement with us (write an email and we will send detailed instructions) you can send the product back to the shop. In this case, you have the right to request replacement of the product or return of the money (shipping is paid by shop). If the defect does not mach up to the rules of guarantee, after it's avert you will receive a new product with payment after delivery, which will be adequate to the amount of damage prevention and sending expanses.

Refund:

  • If you have to receive back money because of any higher mentioned reasons, it will be transferred to the account from which it was credited. If you want to receive the money in another account, the details has to be shown separately. If you have paid after receiving the product, refund is given at your post office or sent to your bank account.
  • In the above product returning cases, a five day inspection will be made. If the product has been returned in the same condition as received, shop will transfer the money immediately.
